The Financial Course Facilitator will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and engaging learners in our financial programs to ensure a practical and impactful learning experience.

This role emphasises facilitating knowledge transfer, promoting analytical thinking, and ensuring participants can apply advanced financial techniques in real-world business contexts.

Job Description

Deliver and facilitate interactive financial training sessions on topics including :

Financial Modeling, Credit Risk Analysis, Cost Reduction Control & Revenue Optimization, Financial Risk Management, Tax Planning and Corporate Compliance, and Treasury & Fund Management.

Guide and support learners to develop critical financial analysis and modelling skills.

Update and refine course materials to align with current financial trends, tools, and regulatory standards.

Foster practical learning using case studies, simulations, and real-life corporate finance scenarios.

Evaluate learner progress and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

Promote the academy’s values by maintaining a first-class learning experience and professional standard.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Professional certification (e.g., ICAN CFA, ACA, ACCA, CFM, FRM, etc) is an added advantage.

3–5 years of proven experience in financial management, analysis, or training / facilitation.

Strong command of financial modelling, Excel, and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and inspire adult learners in both physical and virtual learning environments.

High attention to detail, analytical rigour, and commitment to excellence.

Work Type : Onsite

Daily Remuneration : ₦25,000
