Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agronomy, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in palm plantation management or a similar agricultural role.
• Strong knowledge of palm cultivation, pest control, and harvesting techniques.
• Ability to manage and motivate a large workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
• Familiarity with sustainable agriculture practices and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to work in remote plantation locations with field exposure.
