Job descriptionPerform various account analysis and reconciliations that include payables and receivables. Utilizing the organization accounting software and billing system for work. Daily posting of all payment and expense transactions. Post debits and credits. Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Confirmation of payments made by clients. Prompt processing of refund claims made by client. Submission of monthly bank reconciliation statement. Remit and file all PAYE records. Filling and remitting all other tax and financial obligations. Graduate of Account or Banking & Finance. 2-3 years' experience as an Account Clerk, Book-keeper or in similar position. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages. Detailed knowledge of accounting processes and methods. Excellent analytical reporting skills. Efficient communication and interaction skills. Ability to prioritize and deliver appropriately on all assigned tasks / functions. Proximity to Lekki / Ajah is a plus.
