Each role is slightly different - we hire for new teams in new markets with dynamic timelines and hiring plans that haven’t been tested before. You will be the person not only to identify and recruit talent, but also the person that gives pushback to hiring teams on timelines, compensation frameworks, level of hire, and team structure. What You'll Do Partner with the business across Africa to recruit and close the best talent out there who share our mission Serve as a thought partner for our hiring managers to help them understand key information around talent pool, advertising strategy, interview plan, and more for new and recurring openings Monitor important data insights across the entire recruiting funnel, from sourcing to close, and continuously adjust based on insights Build and improve upon existing processes to ensure our recruiting processes are effective and efficient Strategically plan and own a pipeline of diverse, exceptionally qualified candidates and ensure a first-class experience throughout the entire process Help to ensure that Zipline is prioritizing diversity in all of our hiring efforts across the company Creatively leverage various platforms to source and engage extraordinary talent Have fun and feel energized by having a helping hand in growing Zipline and building a legendary company!
