Tele-sales Executive

We are looking for a goal-driven and confident Tele Sales Executive with at least 1 year of sales or telemarketing experience. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly, explain products convincingly, and close sales efficiently.

• QUALIFICATION;

Minimum of HND in any relevant discipline

Minimum of 1 year experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or related roles

JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers

Clearly explain and enlighten customers about our products

Convince customers to make purchases through effective communication

Follow up on leads and convert inquiries to sales

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order processing

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills

Confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Good command of English

Proficiency in basic computer tools

Strong customer-service mindset
