Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years proven sales experience in the Nigerian real estate industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (added advantage).
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Real Estate Sales Officer with a solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within short timeframes in the Nigerian real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within short timeframes.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Convert leads into successful property sales within short sales cycles.
