About The Role.
We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with 46 years' experience in real estate development, financing, or asset management to support Juno's growing real estate portfolio and development pipeline.The role is highly analytical and data-driven, with responsibility for market intelligence, financial modeling, portfolio performance tracking, construction cost oversight, and land bank optimization. The Analyst will transform market and operational data into actionable insights that guide pricing, development decisions, and long-term asset strategy.You will report to the SVP, Juno Operations and work closely with Development, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams.Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Performance Tracking
Conduct financial and market analysis to evaluate property values, investment potential, and portfolio performance.Build and maintain detailed financial models to forecast cash flows, returns, and valuation scenarios across rental and development assets.Model the unique cash-flow dynamics of monthly rental operations, including turnover costs, utilities, and service-related expenses.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, variances, and performance drivers across assets and locations.Prepare periodic financial and development performance reports for management decision-making.Competitor Research & Market Intelligence
Perform structured competitor analysis across comparable residential products and locations.Maintain a comprehensive database of rental benchmarks by product type (e.g., Studio, Quad) and geography.Track and analyze macro-economic indicators (inflation, FX rates, interest rates) and assess implications for rental pricing and asset performance.Engage internal teams and external industry stakeholders to stay informed on market opportunities and risks.Analyze macro-economic trends in Nigeria, such as inflation and FX rates, to recommend rental price adjustments.Construction & Development Oversight
Work with the Development team to track construction spend against approved budgets and timelines.Review development cost reports and flag deviations, risks, or cost overruns early.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to support financial and operational controls across development projects.Support regulatory and stakeholder engagements related to development activities.Land Bank & Asset Management
Work with the Development team to track construction spend against approved budgets and timelines.Conduct feasibility and highest-and-best-use analyses for vacant or undeveloped land assets.Coordinate with the Legal team to validate land titles and approvals (C of O, Governor's Consent, etc.).Support strategic planning for land utilization and future development phases.Reporting & Stakeholder Support
Produce monthly investment and performance reports covering occupancy, rental yields, and collection efficiency.Develop clear dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Serve as the central data custodian for real estate financial records, ensuring accuracy, organization, and audit readiness.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline46 years' experience in real estate analysis, development, asset management, or operationsStrong understanding of real estate transactions and development economicsDemonstrated ability to translate market and operational data into actionable financial insightsProven experience identifying and evaluating risks across asset types, geographies, and industry sectorsStrong analytical capability with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on executionProficiency in data visualization, reporting, and presentationAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks of varying complexity in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
