Responsibilities :
Prepare and reconcile financial statementMonthly and quarterly financial reportingRecord purchases and project salesAssist in preparation of annual budgetPrepare journal entries and reconciling inventoriesCoordination of accounts payable and receivableCredit control and financial managementBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisSetting up the accounting systemEnsuring sales are meeting targetsRequirements :
Minimum academic qualification of BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degreeWork experience as an accountantExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooksAdvanced MS excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tablesExperience with general ledger functionsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsAdditional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
