Job descriptionSupervises warehouse activities. Maintains records and schedules. Secures warehouse and supervises warehouse staff. Leads and directs the work of others. Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining workers. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews, resolving problems, and identifying warehouse system improvements. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position. Manages Warehouse First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's / Master`s Degree with 8 - 12 years experience. Management / supervision of resources, safety management, attention to detail, prior warehouse or manufacturing experience.
