As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will involve prospecting and developing new business opportunities, establishing meaningful connections with potential clients, and supporting our sales team to deliver exceptional staffing services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and key players in the US market.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and networking.

- Schedule meetings or demonstrations with the sales team for interested leads.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and progress within our CRM system.

Requirements
