The Role
Our client is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution and optimization of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and data-driven marketer who can translate brand values into engaging campaigns that drive awareness, conversion, and customer loyalty.
The Marketing Specialist will work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, and Product teams to execute campaigns, support product launches, and ensure a cohesive brand presence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Channel Support
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media support, website, and content channels
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns from planning through execution
- Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners .
Content & Brand Communication
Assist in creating marketing content that communicates clean beauty benefits and sustainability messagingSupport website updates, email campaigns, social content, and landing pagesEnsure all messaging aligns with the brand voice, values, and clinical or ingredient accuracyPerformance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor and report on campaign performance and KPIs, including engagement, traffic, conversion, and retention metricsProvide recommendations for optimization based on insights and dataAssist with A / B testing and CRO initiatives to improve customer experience and conversionCollaboration & Workflow
Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Product, and Customer Support teamsCoordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as neededHelp maintain organized marketing calendars, SOPs, and documentationQualifications
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer goodsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate scientific or technical information clearly to consumersComfort using analytics and reporting tools to guide optimizationNice to Have
Experience with organic, clean, or sustainable beauty brandsFamiliarity with email platforms (Klaviyo or similar), social media scheduling, or CMS toolsUnderstanding of ecommerce, DTC, or multi-channel marketingExperience supporting influencer or content marketing campaigns
