Technical Operator

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.

- Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequences.

- Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine related issues effectively.

- Apply all company provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health Safety regulations

- Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.

OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Minimum OND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.

- At least, three (3) years relevant work experience as Mechanical or Electrical Technician

- Detailed orientation.

- Ability to work shift rotation & extended work hours.

- High level of drive and initiative.

- Excellent ownership mindset.

- Good communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
