Key Responsibilities

Source and onboard eligible loan customers.

Conduct field verification of applicants' residence, business, and guarantors.

Assess creditworthiness and prepare credit reports.

Support loan disbursement processes.

Monitor loan usage and ensure compliance with loan terms.

Track repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.

Carry out field recovery on delinquent loans when required.

Maintain accurate repayment and recovery records.

Educate customers on loan terms and repayment schedules.

Resolve customer complaints related to loans.

Maintain positive relationships with clients and guarantors.

Education

B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum.

Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics

Minimum 2 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending

Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).
