Job Description
The Key Account Marketer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales performance and strengthen brand presence across key retail partners. The role focuses on planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns, in-store promotions, and visibility initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities for key retail partners (e.g., Slot, Pointek, 3C Hub, etc.).
Manage and monitor in-store branding, product displays, and point-of-sale materials to ensure strong visibility and brand consistency.
Coordinate with the sales and trade marketing teams to drive sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned key accounts.
Track marketing budget utilization and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Conduct periodic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners to support joint marketing activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting.
Support product launches and events within key account stores.
Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or key account marketing (preferably in FMCG, electronics, or telecom industry).
Strong understanding of in-store marketing and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to travel to different store locations when required.
