Compensation : Competitive (ScaleSource benchmarked, based on experience)

Schedule : Full-Time (40+ hrs / week)

Reports to : Founder / Leadership Team

Systems : QuickBooks Online (QBO), EOS Scorecards, CPA coordination

🧭 About the Role

This is not a single-company bookkeeper role.

We are hiring a Financial Controller to own the financial health, accuracy, compliance, and reporting across a diverse, multi-entity portfolio that includes :

• Professional services (EOS Implementer)
• Real estate holdings
• Franchise retail & service businesses
• Manufacturing (food & beverage)
• Staffing (nearshore / offshore)
• Regulated alcohol production

You will be the financial backbone of the organization — ensuring clean books, proactive cash flow management, airtight compliance, and clear financial insights that leadership can trust.

This role requires precision, ownership, and comfort operating at scale across multiple businesses simultaneously.
