We are seeking a highly driven Senior RMG Manager who will be responsible for all RMG initiatives in NB Plc.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will
Define RMG strategy to achieve topline, gross margin and market share ambition.Direct the team to establish and maintain RMG Levers (Pricing, PPA, Mix,Promotions,Channel discounts & trade term) to drive strategic work, ensuring optimal value capture across all levers.Set the strategic direction for all trade spending and discounts, optimizing Variable Selling Expenses (VSE) and maximizing the share of working discounts and Promotion ROIOwn the strategic direction for Mix Management (brand / pack / channel), ensuring the team identifies and executes initiatives to drive profitable growth through superior Channel performance analysis.Ensure robust tracking of Business and RMG KPIs. Own the communication of performance through the RMG Bridge (Gross Profit decomposition) and value tracking of RMG initiatives.Lastly, lead and mentor a high-performing RMG team, drive the embedding of RMG capability across functions, and use strong communication & influencing skills to champion strategic change management and problem-solving efforts.REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related fieldRelated professional Accounting or Audit certification, preferably internationally accepted, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CISM, etc. will be an added advantageMasters degree is also an added advantageWORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of commercial experience including leadership rolesPrevious RMG expertise preferred and / or high potential business profiles (e.g., demonstrated in Commercial / Marketing or Finance roles)Demonstrated impactful project management experienceSKILLS
