Estate Surveyor

General Requirements

• Applicants must possess a Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (2.2), and other relevant academic and professional qualifications with proven Construction / Project experience.
• Experience: 3 -10 years' site experience depending on position, preferably with reputable construction firms.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (Planning roles)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Construction Drawings
• Experience in Large-scale Building or infrastructure projects
• Good reporting and documentation skills
• Strong understanding of site safety and quality standards

Professional Certifications (Advantage):

• COREN - Engineers
• NIOS - Quantity Surveyors
• NOB / CORBON - Builders
• Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, ISPON, etc.)
• Registered Nurse with An NMCN cence

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, strong leadership and teamwork skills, and willingness to work on project sites across Nigeria.
