Currently sourcing for Regional Fleet Coordinators.
The candidates will be primarily based in the following locations :
North West – Kano
North East – Borno / Gombe
North Central – Abuja
South West – Lagos
South East Enugu / Anambra
South-South - PH
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. TRUCK MANAGEMENT
- Supervises daily update record of available trucks in-transit, and fleet to distribute products nationwide from third party depots
- Ensures adequate stock reconciliation in all 3rd party depots
- Track the truck in transit to the destination and back to the loading terminal as part of logistics functions
- Keeps daily update record of available trucks, and fleet to distribute products nationwide.
- Ensures the truck data (driver details, licenses, plate numbers, GIT, particulars, etc.) are updated in the NMDPRA database.
- Follow-up to ensure LT (loading tickets) are approved on the portal and trucks proceeding to load
2. TRUCK MOBILIZATION
Support the inspection / witness and verification of calibration processes to ensure zero errorAchieve detailed daily / monthly accident / breakdown / Sanction reportsEngage Internal and External stakeholders to ensure smooth truck mobilization, Monitoring / Tracking / deliveryEnsures that drivers comply with company HSQE protocols3. SAFETY / OHSMS
Ensures compliance with all safety, environmental, and organizational policies and proceduresCompliance with MRS OHS policy, guidelines SOPsCompliance with use of PPEEXPERIENCE
▪ At least seven years’ experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in an oil and gas environment
▪ Has well-rounded experience in haulage management in the oil and gas downstream
▪ Must have vast experience in government relations (especially NMDPRA, NIMASA, NNPC, etc.)
▪ Must have adequate experience in managing labour relations (especially with NUPENG,
PENGASSAN, etc.)
