Job descriptionGreet guests warmly and professionally on arrival Create a positive first impression of the hotel Attend to guest inquiries politely Register arriving guests and assign rooms Verify guest details and process payments Handle check-out procedures and issue receipts Receive and process room bookings (walk-in, phone, email, online) Update room availability in the system or register Confirm and modify reservations when necessary Answer phone calls and respond to emails Pass messages to guests and hotel departments Communicate guest requests to housekeeping or maintenance Provide information about hotel services and facilities Give directions and information about nearby places Handle guest complaints calmly and report to management when needed Receive payments (cash, POS, transfer) Balance daily transactions and submit reports Maintain proper billing records Maintain guest records and registration cards Prepare daily arrival and departure lists Keep the front desk area neat and organized. Basic computer knowledge Ability to use hotel management software (PMS) is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Staff Meals : Yes Staff Layover : Yes
