Role Responsibilities :

Identify and reach out to prospective corporate clients to pitch our pest control services.

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly and annual targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships to expand market presence

Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services

Work independently while meeting strict deadlines and performance targets

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in sales ,B2B marketing, field marketing or corporate sales

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Professional appearance and a results oriented mindset

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

Good Knowledge of Lagos business environment

Salary and Growth :

#150,000 months starting salary

3 - month performance review, with salary increase to 180,000 - 200,000 based on performance

13th month salary

Bonus on meeting targets

Requirements :

Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the Bank, insurance,telecoms, real estate or financial services sector.

Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and meet strict deadlines

Professional appearance and a results - oriented mindset
