We are looking for accountants, finance and tax associates who ensure that global businesses run with total fiscal clarity.

Whether you are a Junior Accountant or a Fractional CFO, you will be the engine room of financial integrity providing our international clients with the bookkeeping, reporting, and advisory services they need to scale across borders.

You are a master of the "Digital Ledger." You are fluent in modern cloud accounting software and thrive in a remote, tech-first environment.
You notice the 1% discrepancy. Your attention to detail is so sharp that you spot errors or compliance risks long before they reach a report.
You understand that working with international clients requires a high level of professionalism, cultural agility, and strict adherence to deadlines.
You are a problem solver, not just an auditor. You don’t just find a bottleneck in a client's cash flow; you suggest a strategic way to fix it.

Your Responsibilities…

You will maintain meticulous financial records, ensuring that every transaction is categorized, reconciled, and accounted for.

You will generate high-impact financial reports that provide clients with a clear view of their profitability, cash flow, and financial health.

You will manage the lifecycle of AP / AR, payroll, and bookkeeping with clinical accuracy.

You will support tax compliance and financial planning, ensuring our clients remain on the right side of regulation across different jurisdictions.

You will act as a financial consultant, analyzing data to provide insights that help clients optimize their spending and grow their margins.

You will be the point of contact for financial inquiries, bridging the gap between complex tax laws and the clients business goals

You will ensure all documentation is audit-ready at all times, because in our world, integrity is the only currency that matters.

You will take ownership of the accounting stack (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP), ensuring workflows are automated and efficient.

Managing financial cycles where the books are so clean they feel "choreographed."

Achieving high satisfaction scores and hearing "I can finally sleep at night knowing you have our finances covered."

Proactively identifying and correcting potential tax or compliance issues before they arise.

Moving from a support role to a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex international expansions.

To be considered for this role you should have…

Relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Tax. (Professional certifications like ICAN, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred).

Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or Sage, along with advanced Excel skills.

The ability to explain complex financial jargon in a way that an entrepreneur can easily understand.

Comfort working in a remote-first, international environment where precision and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable.

Whether you are a Payroll Assistant or a CFO, you must be a subject matter expert in your specific niche.
