Direct visitors to the appropriate staff or department and manage visitor logs.
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
Receive and dispatch messages, emails, and correspondence.Manage appointments, meetings, and calendars where required.
Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.
Maintain front desk records, files, and documents.
Ensure visitors follow security procedures (sign-in, ID checks).
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and request front desk and office supplies.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
Additional Information :
Salary Range : ?80,000-?120,000
Must be computer literate
