Job Description / Requirements Responsibilities : Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel. Monitor security systems and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions. Enforce company security policies and procedures. Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a calm and professional manner. Train and mentor new security staff. Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and shift logs. Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and company management as necessary. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of the facility.

Requirements

Requirements : 3+ years of proven experience as a security officer or supervisor High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security administration or law enforcement is a plus. Valid security license or certification as required by local / state regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively. Familiarity with security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
