Job descriptionOversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring technical best practices. Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, data, and development) to deliver integrated solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance, tracking, and marketing automation. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability. Report on key performance metrics, providing insights for business decisions. 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or technical marketing roles. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing automation. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strategic and commercially aware mindset. Ability to balance commercial and technical responsibilities effectively. A team of passionate, creative, and committed individuals who push each other to grow. Job Description
We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will play a key role in shaping our business growth and digital marketing strategy. This role involves leading commercial negotiations, developing strategic business models, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of market leadership in digital experiences.
