Job descriptionOversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring technical best practices. Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, data, and development) to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure campaign tracking, analytics, and performance optimization through tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and automation platforms. Troubleshoot technical issues related to website performance, tracking, and marketing automation. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Optimize workflows and processes for efficiency and scalability. Report on key performance metrics, providing insights for business decisions. 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, or technical marketing roles. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and marketing automation. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strategic and commercially aware mindset. Ability to balance commercial and technical responsibilities effectively. A team of passionate, creative, and committed individuals who push each other to grow. Job Description
We’re looking for a Technical Lead who will play a key role in shaping our business growth and digital marketing strategy. This role involves leading commercial negotiations, developing strategic business models, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of market leadership in digital experiences.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader with deep expertise in performance marketing, programmatic advertising, and digital media.
Responsibilities :
Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the development of proposals, pitches, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
