Job descriptionplanning, coordination of volunteers, execution of activities, documentation, and impact reporting. Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities Have experience in program management, project coordination, NGO work, or leadership Can commit time, energy, and accountability for 12 months Communicate clearly and work well with diverse teams Are passionate about service, youth empowerment, and nation-building Can lead independently while aligning with organizational goals
