Role Overview :

Sterling Oil & Gas is seeking an accomplished Project Finance Controller with 2530 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Power, Fertilizers, Petrochemical, or Metals & Mining sectors. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a proven track record in financial control, cost management, and project finance oversight for large, complex industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead financial planning, monitoring, and control across mega projects.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and forecasting to ensure financial discipline.
• Oversee project financing, cash flow management, and fund allocation.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate governance, and audit standards.
• Partner with project leadership on investment analysis & risk mitigation.
• Drive MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial dashboards.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and mentor a strong finance and project accounts team.
