We are hiring Fulfillment Associates (ChampiOns) across Lagos and Abuja to join our network. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are the face of OnIt, serving households and businesses with professionalism, honesty, and excellence.

Job Description

As a Fulfillment Associate (ChampiOn), you will carry out customer service requests such as laundry, cleaning, delivery, repairs, groceries, and other essential services through the OnIt platform. You are responsible for delivering services safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will also represent the values of Humanity, Excellence, Accountability, Reliability, and Trust (HEART) in every interaction, ensuring that customers see OnIt as their trusted household and business partner.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver assigned services to customers on time and with quality.

Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.

Follow OnIt’s guidelines on service delivery, confidentiality, and safety.

Report service status via the OnIt mobile platform (updates, photos, feedback).

Maintain integrity and accountability in all assigned tasks.

Requirements

Must hold a valid ID card.

Must provide two guarantors (with ID and contact details).

Good knowledge of your service area / city routes.

Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly.

Ability to use a smartphone / WhatsApp for communication and updates.

Willingness to undergo training and certification via BlueVarsity (OnIt’s learning platform).

Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Must have completed high school education

Must be at least 18 years

Must be physically fit

Excellent organizational skills

Must be available to work on weekends

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience as a delivery agent or service assistant is an added advantage

Compensation

Independent contractor role.

Earnings are based on the number of successful jobs completed.

Extra incentives for high service ratings and repeat customers.
