Position Summary :

DeepSource Technologies is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Cloud Program Manager to lead our cloud initiatives in Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, and driving cloud transformation strategies for our clients.

As a Cloud Program Manager, you will collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver seamless integration of cloud technology into their existing infrastructure. You will play a vital role in managing projects from conception through execution and will be responsible for achieving business objectives while optimizing the use of resources.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project management for cloud implementation and migration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design and implement effective cloud solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk assessments.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Identify project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing impact on project timelines.
Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and report on project performance against established KPIs and success criteria.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging cloud technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

8+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.

Proven experience managing cloud projects, preferably in a SaaS or IT consulting environment.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
