Position : Executive Assistant
We are recruiting a self-driven and energetic Executive Assistant who will serve as our Over-the-Counter (OTC) FX Trading Analyst to support our leadership team. This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making, startup operations, and project execution in a dynamic environment. As an OTC FX Trading Analyst, you will play a central role in pricing and executing trades, managing client relationships, and analyzing market opportunities. You’ll gain exposure to Nigeria’s FX market microstructure while working in a high-standard trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote and execute FX trades in real time.
- Provide market intelligence and rate updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate trading records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deepen client relationships across institutions and corporates.
- Support risk management and liquidity planning.
- Provide executive-level administrative and organizational support.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and transaction-related tasks.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as required.
- Support daily operational and strategic activities of the startup.
