Our client is a Fintech Company , on a mission to change the way people pay for essential services and power access to energy across Africa.They are seeking a Business Development Executive to spot new opportunities, build strong relationships, and turn great ideas into partnerships that push the business forward.

Your Responsibilities…

  • You will design and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to client outreach and relationship management.
  • You will conduct in-depth analysis and execution of various strategic opportunities, including the development of comprehensive business cases involving : Market research, competitive landscape and ecosystem analyses
  • You will identify, and source partnership opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts such as calls, emails, and client visits.
  • You will build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • You will collaborate with senior management and other partnership teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing client relationships
  • You will negotiate and finalize deals in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • You will deliver excellent experiences to partners and clients, serving as their trusted liaison within the company.
  • You will forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with clients
  • You will maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify ways to expand and deepen those partnerships.

  • To be considered for this role you should have…

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing relationships and closing business deals.
  • Strong research and analytical skills for evaluating markets and partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • A strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Familiarity with the fintech, utility, or energy sectors is an added advantage.
