Job descriptionDeposit Acquisition & Growth : Actively source and acquire new customers for deposit products (savings, fixed deposits). Client Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to encourage loyalty and long-term deposits. Market Research & Analysis : Identify target market segments and track competitor deposit products. Product Knowledge & Education : Stay informed about the company's deposit offerings and educate clients. Reporting & Compliance : Provide regular performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies. Cross-Selling : Promote additional products to customers and identify opportunities to upsell deposits. 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or banking. Previous experience in deposit mobilization or handling customer accounts is an advantage. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Customer service skills for relationship building. Strong attention to detail in account management. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools. Goal-oriented and able to meet targets. Self-motivated and proactive. Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.
