Salary : ₦250,000 / month

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Internal Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in fintech operations, with experience in LPO financing, SME loans, business loans, and asset financing.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures.
Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor financial transactions to identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct periodic audits and prepare internal control reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the fintech or financial services sector.

Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

Excellent knowledge of loan processes and internal control systems.
