Experienced Business Manager

The Experienced Business Manager is responsible for driving overall business performance by developing and executing strategic plans, managing operations, optimizing resources, and leading teams to achieve sustainable growth and profitability. The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to align daily operations with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.

Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.

Lead, manage, and motivate teams across departments to drive performance and accountability.

Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and cost control measures.

Identify growth opportunities, new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Analyze business performance data and prepare management reports and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Manage risk, resolve operational challenges, and implement process improvements.

Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Represent the organization in negotiations, meetings, and strategic engagements.

Oversee vendor management, contract performance, and service-level agreements.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.

Minimum of 5–10 years proven experience in a business management or leadership role.

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple functions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
