Core Responsibilities : Revenue Generation & Target Achievement
Your main purpose is to generate revenue and expand our customer base. This requires a "hunter" mentality and full responsibility for the sales cycle :
Aggressive Prospecting : Proactively generate new sales leads, identify key decision-makers, and fill the sales pipeline through persistent cold outreach (email, social, and phone).
Deal Ownership & Closure : Manage the full sales cycle for all opportunities. Your success is measured by your ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly quotas.
Strategic Engagement : Conduct compelling virtual presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating our value proposition to secure client commitment.
Target Alignment : Clearly understand and prioritize activities that directly contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets and overall revenue goals.
CRM Management : Maintain meticulous, up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and deal forecasts in our CRM to ensure transparent progress toward your targets.
Compensation & Requirements
Base Salary ₦50,000 NGN(per month)
Commission 5% of Closed Revenue (uncapped and highly encouraged)
Mandatory Equipment You must possess a Functional Laptop and Reliable Internet Access for effective remote work. |
