We are looking for driven, persuasive, and well-connected Sales Agents to join our team on a commission basis.
Location : Remote / Field-Based

Key responsibilities
Sell our suite of healthcare products and services, including :EMR solutions for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
Wellness programs for preventive care and health managementBP Monitor devices, which are bundled with our Heart Health wellness programsCorporate telemedicine services tailored to HMOs and large organisationsGenerate and convert leads through field visits, demos, cold calls, and networkingEngage HMO decision-makers, clinic owners, and HR heads in compelling product discussionsMeet or exceed sales targets, using a consultative sales approachReport regularly on pipeline progress, leads, and sales performanceAdvocating for our customers by identifying and championing intuitive, user-focused fixes & featuresPerforming quality assurance controls on featuresResearching to identify customer needs and market gapsAttend and complete the Sales and Product training to become familiar with our offerings and positioningRequired experience and personal skills
Proven sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, tech, or related industries (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, disciplined, and target-drivenComfortable working on commission-only compensationAbility to build relationships and communicate with professionals and decision-makersFamiliarity with digital tools and CRM systems is essentialMust be able to commit to the training programMust be a fast learner and have a good level of technical knowledge & skillsWhat are we offering?
