About the Role
FMR Agency is seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Logistics and Retail portfolio. You will be the face of the company, responsible for developing effective sales strategies, expanding our client base, and building strong, long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on revenue and customer satisfaction
Identify new markets, opportunities, and customer needs through research
Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
Promote company products and services aligned with client objectives
Prepare and manage sales contracts in line with legal guidelines
Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices
Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Train and develop entry-level sales staff
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role
Demonstrated sales track record
Experience in customer support is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong market knowledge and business acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong time management and planning abilities
BSc / BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
