Job Summary :

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented professional to engage with clients, address inquiries, and promote our products / services to drive sales. The role combines excellent service delivery with sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities :

Addressing Customer Inquiries.

Resolving Customer Issues.

Providing Product / Service Information.

Processing Orders and Transactions.

Maintaining Customer Records.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.

Upselling and Cross-selling.

Following up with customers.

Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Requirements :

Basic knowledge of Customer Service.

Good Command of English, verbally and in writing.

Atleast 1-2years experience in related field.

ND / HND in Business Administration or related field.
