We are looking for a Curriculum Architect who can help build our AI-first training system — someone who understands the future of work and can translate complex skills into structured, transformational learning pathways.

This is a founding team role, working directly with the Founder.

Role : Curriculum Architect (AI-First Tech Disciplines)

Location : Remote (open globally)

Engagement : Contract / Part-time (20–25 hrs weekly)

Start : Immediate

Compensation : Competitive retainer + equity + bonus pool (founding team tier)

Your Mission

To design and build the BrixGate Curriculum Framework across Engineering, QA, Product, and Project Management — integrating AI tools, mindset growth, practical projects, and certification standards that produce globally employable, high-performing Brixers.

You will co-create a system that shapes people into not just skilled workers, but world-class professionals with integrity, tenacity, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Design & Architecture

Build structured, AI-first curricula for :
Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)
Quality Assurance & Test Automation
Product Management
Project / Delivery Management
Create learning paths for beginners → mid-level → advanced professionals.
Define modules, lesson plans, weekly sprints, assessments, labs, and capstone projects.

2. AI Integration

Embed AI tools and workflows into every curriculum (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, Replit Ghostwriter).

Design “AI-Proficiency Milestones” for every learner.

Ensure learners graduate AI-ready, not AI-literate.

3. Brixer Mindset Training

Integrate leadership, problem-solving, communication, discipline, and integrity modules.

Build a framework that measures both skill and character.

Align training content with BrixGate’s emblem standards (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

4. Certification & Evaluation Standards

Define criteria for earning each emblem tier.

Develop rubrics for technical and character-based evaluations.

Map out performance dashboards to be integrated into our LMS.

5. Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with the Founder to translate vision into curriculum reality.

Collaborate with UI / UX and Engineering teams to embed curriculum into the LMS.

Review and refine content with future faculty and mentors.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

A complete curriculum outline for all four tracks.

Sample modules fully developed and ready for LMS integration.

A clear AI-first learning philosophy embedded across programs.

Defined assessments, practical projects, and certification criteria.

A pilot-ready curriculum that can onboard our first 20–30 learners.

Who You Are

A strong professional or educator in engineering, QA, product, or project management.

You’ve built or taught at a :

bootcamp (ALX, Andela, General Assembly, Lambda School, Holberton, Springboard, Decagon, etc.)

university or online learning platform (Coursera, Udacity, EdX)

You deeply understand AI disruption in the workplace.

You are passionate about transforming talent, not just delivering courses.

You’re structured, innovative, and able to design learning that produces elite outcomes.

You work with speed, clarity, and ownership.

Preferred Experience

5+ years in a technical or product role.

Experience building curriculum, pathways, or structured training.

Proven ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.

Strong writing and documentation skills.

Experience mentoring or coaching teams.
