We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Installation Engineer to join our renewable energy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, testing, and maintaining solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Install and commission solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid)

Conduct site assessments and system sizing

Interpret electrical diagrams, layouts, and technical drawings

Install inverters, batteries, charge controllers, and related components

Ensure installations comply with safety standards and regulations

Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Provide technical support and user training to clients

Prepare installation reports and documentation

Requirements

HND / BSc in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field

Minimum of 3 years experience in solar PV installation

Strong knowledge of solar system components and electrical wiring

Ability to work at heights and outdoor environments

Familiarity with safety procedures and tools

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver's license is an added advantage

Preferred Skills

Experience with hybrid and battery storage systems

Knowledge of load calculations and system design software

NABCEP or similar certification
