Our client and nbsp;all-in-one financial services platform is searching for an Engineering Manager who will sit at the heart of execution delivery and team performance. As the Engineering Manager you will translate product requirements into structured technical plans guide engineers through delivery remove blockers and ensure high-quality output across your teams. If youre someone who enjoys supporting engineers maintaining clarity in complex systems and driving delivery at scale this is your stage.

Your Responsibilities
- You will own delivery and execution across multiple squads while ensuring requirements are clear feasible and technically sound before development begins.
- You will translate product requirements into structured EPICs stories and technical tasks in partnership with Product Design and Engineering.
- You will plan and facilitate sprints define sprint goals manage timelines and surface dependencies early.
- You will monitor team velocity and bandwidth ensuring tasks are distributed realistically and efficiently.
- You will drive cross-functional alignment and manage dependencies across engineering product QA and other stakeholders.
- You will remain hands-on where necessary supporting design patterns participating in code reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.
- You will ensure observability and monitoring across all owned services; meet SLIs/SLOs and track post-deployment metrics.
- You will support healthy engineering processes from PR quality to deployment readiness to testing discipline.
- You will coach mentor and grow engineers while fostering a positive collaborative and high-performing team culture.

- Youre recognized as a reliable partner by Product QA Design and other stakeholders.
- Youve contributed to smoother processes clearer communication and more efficient delivery cycles.
To Be Considered for This Role You Should Have
- and nbsp;810 years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer.
- 5 years of hands-on Java and Spring Boot experience.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology sprint planning and backlog management.
- Experience breaking down complex requirements into EPICs Stories and Tasks.
- Solid backend engineering expertise; frontend knowledge is a plus.
- Experience using planning tools (Jira ClickUp Asana etc.).
- Familiarity with engineering metrics monitoring tools and health dashboards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and lead blameless RCA sessions.
- Strong CI/CD knowledge and infrastructure awareness.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
- Strong track record in improving engineering velocity and optimizing delivery.
- BSc in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
