Job Summary

To manage account receivable presentation and provide financial administrative and clerical support to the organization.

Job Responsibilities

Logistics and inventory verification of major and regular supplies into vendors account for the company

Reconciliation of vendors account including intercompany vendors

Processing of major and regular vendors payment

Supervision of advance, payment made to vendors.

Qualifications / Experience

First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

MSc. and Professional certification (ICAN, ACA) is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge and experience of general ledger and SAP

Minimum of 2-3 years' work experience in similar role.

Competence Requirements :

Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.

Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy.

Information management skills.

Effective communication and vendor relationship skills

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Professional integrity

Ability to meet deadlines Proficiency.
