- Knowledgeof customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills

- Research required information using available resources
- Ability tohandle stressful situations appropriately
- Trackrecord of over-achieving quota
- Make outbound and Inbound calls
- Provide product and service information to customers
Requirements :
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
