  • Proficientin relevant computer applications
  • Familiaritywith CRM systems and practices
  • Knowledgeof customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superiorlistening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Ability tohandle stressful situations appropriately
  • Trackrecord of over-achieving quota
  • Make outbound and Inbound calls
  • Provide product and service information to customers

Requirements :

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
