Job Description

The candidate is able to ensure smooth office functionality by providing reliable logistical support. He will be involved in transporting employees, trainees, and training materials.

The ideal candidate should be able to drive for extended periods of time and be willing to travel at short notice.

Responsibilities

Safely transport staff and trainees to designated locations and other training centers

Ensure that the Institute's vehicles are always clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.

Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, water, tire pressure), and report any issues.

Maintain accurate and timely logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption

Assist with light office errands and deliveries

Qualifications / Requirements

GCE or SSCE

Valid Driver's License

2-3 years driving experience

Excellent knowledge of PH traffic and road networks.

Basic mechanical skills preferred

Proven experience as a driver, Professional / Chauffeur experience is a plus.

Good physical health and stamina

Defensive driving skills and a strong sense of responsibility

Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude.

High level of integrity and discretion
