Our client is one of the leading insurance firms in Nigeria with locations across different states in Nigeria. They provide life insurance business and non-life insurance business services to organizations and private individuals.
The Company is seeking to hire a Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone, generating leads, and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, or other means.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of products or services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or any related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in tele sales or sales roles.
- Familiarity with products or services being sold.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle objections.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
