Clinix Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Executive Marketer to lead marketing and business development efforts at our Awoyaya branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving patient growth, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong community and corporate relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, and branch revenue.
Plan and execute health talks, medical outreach programs, wellness seminars, and community engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate organizations, schools, churches, HMOs, and community groups for referrals and business development.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and patient conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with branch management and clinical teams to promote new services, health packages, and seasonal campaigns.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements & Skills

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills.
Proven track record of driving growth through digital and traditional marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of the healthcare industry and patient acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or executive marketing role.
National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) certificate (completed).
Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, or diagnostic center marketing is a strong advantage.
