Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Lead negotiations with vendors and contractors
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders
Financial & Risk Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
- Monitor expenditures and ensure cost control
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all construction activities comply with regulatory standards and safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
- Drive performance and accountability across project teams
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
