Job Summary
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) with exceptional cold calling skills to join a fast-paced outbound sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting a high-volume of cold calls, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the sales team. If you're resilient, confident on the phone, and thrive in a KPI-driven environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound cold calls to prospects in various industries
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to engage leads
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and book appointments for Account Executives
- Manage and update lead information in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies
- Meet daily / weekly activity targets including call volume, conversions, and meetings booked
- Continuously test scripts, subject lines, and cadences to improve conversion
