Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Personal Driver to provide safe, timely, and comfortable transportation services. The ideal candidate must have excellent driving skills, and a strong knowledge of Lagos road networks, Applicants must reside within or close to Opic/Berger.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport the employer to and from designated locations.
- Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
- Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, tires, etc.) and report faults promptly.
- Schedule and follow up on servicing and maintenance.
- Plan routes effectively, taking traffic, road conditions, and weather into account.
- Strictly adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
- Ensure the vehicle is securely parked in approved locations.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance history.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding the employer’s personal and professional matters.
- Carry out other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/WASSCE certificate.
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Driver.
- Good knowledge of Lagos road networks, particularly Ago Palace, Ilupeju, Oshodi, and surrounding areas.
- Ability to use GPS navigation and map applications.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong sense of responsibility and safety consciousness.
