Key Responsibilities :

Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

Manage existing accounts, reactivate lapsed customers, and acquire new ones

Build strong, customer-centric relationships to increase share of wallet

Promote DrugStoc's product range, new launches, and promotions

Ensure smooth order processing, delivery follow-ups, and customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field

35+ years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical distribution

Strong persuasive selling and negotiation skills

Excellent territory planning and customer management ability

Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
