Job descriptionProvide leadership and guidance to all department heads and staff. Supervises stylists assistants cleaners front desk staff client experience staff call center staff and customer service staff. Lead onboarding training ongoing skills development along with HR Monitor performance enforce policies and conduct quarterly evaluations along with HR Foster a positive respectful and growth-driven work culture Manage shift scheduling and attendance tracking Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and legal requirements. Enforce company standards and discipline where necessary Ensure a consistent high-quality & luxury client experience across all touch points that aligns with the brand Resolve disputes or complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain a strong customer-focused culture. Oversee client care from booking to post-service follow-up Ensure consultations follow healthy hair standards and protocols Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution. Track stylists KPIs including retention upsells booking volume and product sales Work with the leadership team to improve systems services and efficiency Identify opportunities for improvement expansion and increased profitability Track industry trends and recommend innovative ideas Promote brand standards and uphold company values Support marketing efforts including campaigns events and promotions Prepare daily weekly and monthly operations reports Prepare month-end budgets with the inventory manager Minimum 4-5 years of experience in operations or a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication organization and customer service skills Ability to multitask prioritize and solve problems proactively Proficiency with salon booking software spreadsheets and digital communication tools Familiarity with healthy hair care practices is an added advantage Calm under pressure and emotionally intelligent Detail-oriented with a high standard for cleanliness and experience Results-driven and comfortable enforcing structure and discipline when required. - Ensure the facility equipment products and tools are stocked functional and well managed and comply with standards.
- Manage scheduling ensuring optimal staff-client matching and minimizing wait time.
- Monitor workflow staff performance and customer experience.
- Oversee product ordering inventory control stocktaking and vendor relationships.
